One of my favorite collections in The Vintage Workshop image gallery is called Flower Girls. This delightful collection of cards feature beautiful floral ladies - most are wearing their featured flower - while a few are Victorian ladies surrounded by their flower. The aged cards are perfect for so many types of projects.
As you can see in the images above and below, this is a great way to showcase these images and use up all your little bits of vintage trims, beads, buttons and crystals.
Basically, to create this project, four chipboard pieces were hole-punched (connected with rings) and covered on both sides with vintage paper. Then print the Flower Girl images, cut out with your choice of decorative edge scissors and edge with a gold paint pen. Edge the chipboard with the gold paint pen as well.
Adhere the Flower Girls to the middle of each card (one on front and one on back). Now the real fun begins. Add your little details to each image. See the images below for ideas. This is a great way to say Happy Birthday to a friend or to create a great decor piece for your dressing table!!
