Delightful Decor for Little One

It’s easy to decorate baby’s room with our adorable storybook images. Captured from vintage children’s books, these delightful bears, bunnies, chicks, pups and kittens are sure to bring smiles to the faces of your little ones.  The images are perfect for embellishing pillows, wooden hangers, clothing, bibs, diaper bags, scrapbook pages and even the bedroom wall!

“Hurry Please” Pillow

  1. Print image on inkjet fabric sheet, following manufacturer’s instructions.  Resize image if necessary so image measures approximately 6″ across.
  2. Trim image to include a 1/4″ border on all sides.
  3. Press edges of 7 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ plaid fabric piece 1/4″ to wrong side.  Place plaid fabric wrong side up and center printed image (right side up) on top of plaid fabric piece.  Baste in place.
  4. Fold edges of plaid fabric over edges of image and baste in place.
  5. Use embroidery floss to stitch a running stitch close to inside folded edge, stitching through all layers.
  6. Hand sew image with plaid border to center of one 11″ x 11″ pillow fabric piece.
  7. Sew a button in each corner.
  8. With wrong sides together and using a 1/2″ seam allowance, sew pillow front and 11″ x 11″ back together leaving an opening at bottom for stuffing.
  9. Stuff with fiberfill and sew opening closed.

Wallpaper Border

  1. Print images on photo quality inkjet paper with matte finish following manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Trim images to desired border size.
  3. Follow manufacturer’s instructions and use wallpaper adhesive to adhere images to wall or other surface in a border fashion.
